Diamond Springs will replace all products deemed unsatisfactory by our customers. Equipment refunds will be issued on new and/or saleable equipment within 30 days or purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Diamond Springs Water, Inc. to return a product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
